Hi, so just a little bit about John Donovan, your local neighborhood Realtor. I am a dual-licensed agent in Ohio and Florida and live in both places. for about three decades and counting which has given me
extensive knowledge in customer service, people skills, problem solving and negotiating. I
have always had an interest in Real Estate. In 2021, my wife and I started a
vacation rental business on Fort Myers Beach. It gives us great joy to hear
about guests vacations and the memories that they make.

Some of my interests also include
working out and spending time at my place in Florida saltwater fishing,
kayaking, paddleboarding, rollerblading, spending time on the beach, and walking local nature
